Ingredients:

1.Methi seeds - 100 grams (less than 1 cup)

2.Milk - liter (2-1 / 2 cup)

3.Wheat flour - 300 grams (2 cups)

4.Ghee - 250 grams (1-1 / 2 cup)

5.Gond - 100 grams (1/2 cup)

6.Almonds - 30 - 35

7.Black pepper - 8-10

8.Cumin powder - 2 teaspoons

9.Dry ginger - 2 tbsp

10.Green cardamom - 10-12

11.Cinnamon - 4 pieces

12.Nutmeg - 2

13.Sugar - 300 g / jaggery - 1-1 / 2 cup

Guidelines

Be prepared:

1. Beat the methi seeds well. Wrap in a thick cloth and allow to dry in the sun. Grind the dried dill into a smooth paste.

2. Boil the milk in a pot. Add mint paste in milk and soak for 8-10 hours.

3. Mix the almonds finely. Separately grind black pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg and green cardamom.

Preparing :

4. On medium heat, he pour the pan with a cup of ghee. Add the soaked dill to the pan and stir constantly until it turns light brown and smells good. Take out the methi on a plate.

 

5. Add remaining ghee in the same pan, reduce heat and fry gond. Take out the gondola on a plate.

6. Pour the flour into the same pan or pan and fry with the remaining ghee. When the dough turns brown and fragrant, take it out on a plate.

7. Add 1 tsp ghee to the pan along with the jaggery. Slowly heat and melt to make syrup.

8. Now add the roasted methi, wheat flour and gond. Mix well using a spoon.

9. Add cumin, powdered ginger powder, almond pieces, black pepper powder, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder and green cardamom powder to the mixture and mix well.

10. Take a small amount of the mixture and prepare lemon shaped round laddus. Similarly prepare Methi ladoo from the rest of the mixture. Keep in an open place for 4-5 hours. Methi ladoo are ready. Store them in an airtight jar.
